Rent is due on the 1st of every month. 

We have 24/7 emergency maintenance that can be reached at 607-273-1654 for after hour maintenance emergencies and lock outs. For fire or medical emergencies, please call 911.

Yes! We love having animal residents. *There are breed restrictions.

We offer a large range of living spaces- from studios or multi-bed apartments (up to 5 bedroom or more depending on the building) to fit lifestyle and needs. Many of our units are fully furnished and all ore professionally managed and maintained. Whether you're a student, a professional or a family we strive to match you with a home perfect for your needs!

We offer 12 month leases for Residential Spaces and Starting at 2 years for Commercial Spaces.

We also offer short term leases at our West and North Campus properties

Yes, we require all renters to have a limited liability insurance with a minimum liability of $100,000. 

We do not allow smoking on our properties.
