The former Dean of Ithaca building was constructed as a warehouse loft building in 1925. In 2002, Mack Travis had a vision to turn the building into commercial office space.

For almost 20 years it served the business community well, but as the nature of work and its relationship to the office changed over the last three years, Mack’s son Frost Travis saw an opportunity to reclaim the industrial heritage of the building. He reimagined the building as The Dean: unique luxury loft apartments with an industrial pedigree.

There will be an open house at The Dean, located at 401 E. State St., on Saturday's March 15th and April 12th from 10 AM to 12 PM.

Park conveniently at the Green St. parking garage and meet us at the front of The Dean by Angelhearts. We’ll give you a personal tour of our luxury apartments, answer all your questions, and help you imagine life as a Cornell Law student in your new home!
